Feet in the Dirt

Have you put your feet in the dirt lately? Did you know that the earth carries a negative charge, and that you may actually feel better if you take five or ten minutes to stand barefoot in the dirt (or even in the grass)? Some people call this “grounding”, and for myself, has been a wonderful way to feel better after staring at a computer screen, or being on a cell phone, all day. Most objects on the ground carry a positive charge, and so by actually physically connecting with the earth, you can “stay balanced” electrically (we are energy).

The earth, and us as human beings, have an amazing connection. Just like we depend upon the earth (and universe) for energy to power up our computer and phones, we also rely on the earth to feed ourselves, and to of course, to have a clean water supply. There are many people in our country, who do not have the time to go and take their shoes off to stand in the dirt – there are arguably people who have never touched the earth’s surface with their bare feet – and it is my hypothesis that this creates people who are out of touch with the planet – literally and figuratively.

Until to put your feet in the dirt, or take your shoes off and put your feet in a stream or creek – you may not realize just how powerful the phenomena is. It is my goal to get as many people as possible taking their shoes off and taking 10 minutes to stand in the dirt. If you can actually get out on a trail, out of the city, that is even better. If you can put your hands in the dirt too, and plant something or grow something to eat – that is the next step to connecting to your power source – agriculture. But just a little bit helps – I bet you will see positive health benefits.

Women In Charge – Putting Ourselves in Charge of Birth, and Control

There was a meme, it said, “If you didn’t want old elitist men making health care decisions – you shouldn’t have put the federal government in charge of the health care system”.

This transcends the puppet-show of “Right” versus “Left” – “Republican” versus “Democrat”.  This is about common sense.

When it comes to a woman’s body (or, any body for that matter) – the government (a collection of individuals who use taxes, law, and force to implement policy)  shouldn’t have any control.  Period.  When government (which, currently, in our country, is a large portion of old, elitist men – both Republican and Democrat) decides what you can and can’t have for your health – this can be really dangerous for women.  Why in the world would we let them decide what is best?

A woman is best served when she is in complete control of her body. her health care, and her decision whether or not to take birth control.  It being her responsibility, it should be a right to be able to pay for that – without the government being involved.  It is a service, a choice, a health-care decision. and something that strong women would WANT to pay for.  Being able to pay for it yourself means that no one can tell you what you can or cannot do – it is your money, your body, your pocketbook.

If women were able to keep more of the money that they earn (e.g. abolish the federal income taxes that go to nothing of benefit to Americans and women), then they could make a lot more choices what they do with that money.  It should never be in the government’s hands.  And, it should never be in a corporation’s hands.  People should always be able to make a personal choice what they do and don’t want to do with their body – taking healthcare out of the federal government’s hands – is a great start to protecting women.

Old, elitist men, who refuse to bring in the next generation of leaders and instead have decided to die in their chairs, sitting in Congress – doing NOTHING for the young people of this country – will not fix our problems.  It is up to us.  And if we wan’t to find solutions, we are going to have to get rid of the puppet show that the Republicans and the Democrats are putting on concerning health care.  Women could be very good leaders by taking responsibility for their health care and getting important decisions out of the government’s hands.  It is your morality, your money, your body, your pocketbook, your natural right – protect it – and get government out of it.

In Celebration of the Pink Ribbon – Let's Ditch It

I disrespect people and organizations that say they stand for something, but do not actually follow through with what they say their mission is.  The Pink Ribbon propaganda is one that really irritates me, because regardless of the amazing amounts of money that they raise – they just raise “awareness” of the disease – little to none of this goes into finding a cure.  And what is more sad, is that there ARE cures – and they are not promoted by the Pink Ribbon cause – nor by people in government in the “health” field.

The federal government has stopped cures for cancer from entering the marketplace.  Want an eye opener?  Read World Without Cancer (1974) by G. Edward Griffin about laetrile (Vitamin B-17).  And watch “Burzynski: Cancer is Serious Business“.  By neglecting proven results of cures, and instead, propagating poison – there is blood on the hands of many people who made these decisions to stop sound science at the FDA and the federal level of government.

And what is the best cure for cancer?  Why, prevention.  While scientists are smashing atoms together at the speed of light (Large Hadron Collider) – you mean to tell me that we don’t know what causes the deformation of cells?  Come on people.  In many, many cases we can absolutely stop cancer from starting by eating nutrient-dense foods and keeping our body in an alkaline (not acidic) state.  For women, other things to consider is to ditch your deodorant and antiperspirant that has aluminum-based compounds (which are carcinogens in the human body).  And be wary of those wire-bras that poke into your sensitive tissue or create circulation issues for more than 8 hours at a time.  Don’t be afraid of what cancer is – our bodies are amazing machines and can stop disease and heal from disease.

Why wouldn’t the federal government want an inexpensive and scientifically sound cure?  Why would the federal government allow genetically modified organisms into our food supply without giving the American people a choice? Well, probably because big-pharma and big-agriculture would lose out on A LOT of money.  If there are no sick people to treat – how will big pharmaceutical companies that have their lobbying and legislating tentacles around the necks of federal health agencies make their money?  To them, sickness, disease, and dependency upon a centralized food supply means a healthy bottom line.

In celebration of “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”, I propose that we become aware of: actual cures, of cancer prevention techniques, and of the corruption inside the FDA and federal level of government that promotes disease and poison through its actions against cures, like that of Dr. Burzynski – not to mention other cures that exist and that doctors are too afraid to discuss.  Let’s ditch buying items with this little pink ribbon on it, and instead find a local farmer and producer to buy our food from, so that we know the food is clean.  Let’s work on getting our bodies more alkaline and less acidic by changing our diet.  And let’s make a promise to support organizations that really stand for what they say they do.
