Well, I have been put in an infinite loop of trying to use my Facebook account. I wonder why.
A couple years ago my YouTube Channel was pulled – nothing outrageously political on there, but we did have videos of our hemp fields. Craziness. I am so frustrated – I don’t use Facebook for me personally very much, but we do have a page for our store. I had tried the last 2 weeks to purchase advertising for the fresh pastries and breads that we were bringing in, and it said that our account had been disabled for advertising.
And then I tried to submit the form to ask WHY our account was disabled and it would not let me press the submit button – here’s the video.
I have now been logged out of the Facebook application on my phone and on all my computers. When I try to log in, it says it is sending a 6-digit code to my phone however I NEVER GET ONE. I haven’t for 2 weeks. I am locked out in and infinite loop. No recourse. No one to call and complain to. Shut down.
Locked out. Shut up. It is happening to people who don’t agree with Tech Giant platforms. I think it is because I have always been a staunch liberal advocate for the Constitution and Food and Medicine Freedom. This is how they shut you up and make it impossible to grow your company. This is tyranny. And I don’t know how to fix it. Yet.
Day 78 – Kicked Off Facebook May 30th, 2020Tisha T. Casida
You can feel the anger seething off of most people. Masked like a faceless victim – ruled by fear – the new God for those who refuse to ask questions, refuse to take personal responsibility, refuse to have dialogue or respectful conversation.
That seething hatred – I feel it every time I go to a store. It used to be fun to shop. It used to be fun to look around at things – at the grocery store, the nursery, the lumber-yard. It used to be fun to be a part of a capitalist society – but not anymore.
You have to be masked – so you can’t breathe or smell anything. Olfactory input is actually pretty important to the human species, and society is effectively obeying our masters to stop exploring the world with part of our senses.
You have to stand 6 feet apart – but in many retail settings it is literally impossible to pass people or shop that way, creating a constant barrage of internal questions about where you should stand, how you should move, and how you should properly comply. I needed eggs, but there were people hovering there, and I didn’t want to make them uncomfortable, so I went and hovered somewhere else waiting, but then in the meantime missed my chance to grab a container before another masked and faceless human entity swarmed in so that I continued this incredible f-ed up dance of not doing what I wanted and needed to do to make other people who could care less about me feel comfortable. Sad.
It is miserable shopping for flowers when you feel compelled to hurry and get out of there because all of the senior citizens (not all, but MANY) are glaring at you – I feel like they hate young people and would rather us not be “out and about” so they can shop without the chance of having exposure to us potential asymptomatic carriers of disease. I wish they understood that I am the one ensuring their 401K and Social Security.
It is all very uncomfortable. Very miserable. And if it is a sign of what is to come, it is time to close up shop and look into doing something different. At my store we want to offer people a beautiful shopping experience – it is hard to experience beauty when you are afraid, when you are masked and gloved. And now, according the “the experts” the best thing to do is to treat EVERYONE like they are infected . Sounds like a recipe for a disastrous and violent shopping experience.
Day 73 of the New COVID Reality – It’s Getting Ugly Out There May 27th, 2020Tisha T. Casida
Freedom of Speech does not mean that people can tell you to shut up, even if they disagree with you. Even if what you say is “false”. Even if what you say is a “conspiracy theory”. Even if you are “wrong”. Even if you are “misinformed”. Even if you are “mean”. Even if you are “hurtful”. Freedom of speech means that your speech is FREE. And people, can decide if they want to listen or not. That is THEIR FREEDOM TO DECIDE.
The blatant removal of people’s voices – even if they are DEAD WRONG – is corrupt. Who gets to decide? Who decides what is right and wrong? It should not be government. It should not be media. Only individuals should have the ability and right to decide.
As soon as the government says that you can’t say what you think (even if it is false, even if it is a conspiracy theory, even if you are wrong, even if you are misinformed, even if you are mean) – you are no longer free and subject to having your will taken away from the equation. As soon as the media says that you can’t say what you think (even if it is false, even if it is a conspiracy theory, even if you are wrong, even if you are misinformed, even if you are mean) – you no longer have freedom of the press. And as soon as social media shuts down your voice and feed (even if it is false, even if it is a conspiracy theory, even if you are wrong, even if you are misinformed, even if you are mean) – you are dead to them, you have no voice and no outlet.
This from the New York Times: “YouTube and Facebook have removed the “Plandemic” scene, saying that it spread inaccurate information about Covid-19 that could be harmful to the public. But the video continues to circulate, as people post new copies. Twitter added an “unsafe” warning on at least one link featuring Dr. Mikovits on the social network, and blocked the hashtags #PlagueOfCorruption and #Plandemicmovie from trends and search.”
This is inexcusable – but of course there is no recourse for such. People have to be aware that this severe push-back on people’s right to explore opinions and facts, people’s right to be wrong, people’s right to think what they want to think and say what they want to say – EVEN IF IT MEANS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN LIFE AND DEATH – that is what is granted to us in our Constitutional Republic. That is what makes (or made) our country different. As soon as people tell you that you cannot explore others’ opinions and fact, but have to listen ONLY to what they have to say – you are now being ruled by someone. You are no longer free.
Scary, but so happy to see people fighting back.
Day 60 – Freedom of Speech Means No Restrictions – Removal of Plandemic (and more) from YouTube and Twitter May 10th, 2020Tisha T. Casida
It is our constitutional right to not agree with everything that the government tells us.
It is our natural God-given right to choose what we do with our bodies.
It is our duty to stand up for discussion, truth, and freedom. It is our duty to seek the truth and listen to people and stand up for ALL VOICES – EVEN IF WE DISAGREE WITH THEM.
This interview with Dr. Judy Michowitz on Armstrong Economics seems pretty legit and is very interesting. Especially when it comes to her knowledge and research into coronaviruses and influenza/flu vaccines that may actually contribute to people getting sicker.
All I seek is the truth – and I don’t want to hurt or kill anybody while doing it. I think that the people ‘running the circus’ at the federal government and big pharma probably do not have these scruples. Not all of them – but enough to have created a real disaster.
I pray for justice and protection of those bearing light and speaking truth. I hope that you will be inspired to do the same. We are each other’s protection. I hope you will watch and share this and research for yourself.
Day 59 – Dr. Judy Mikovits Interview on Armstrong Economics May 10th, 2020Rebellion!
My brother tells me that the Earth is Satan’s playground. That is starting to make more sense to me now. I think I have been in utter denial most of my adult life – believing in good and in humanity and in “helping people”. It feels pretty dismal out there. Maybe I am just tired.
Having a retail store, I get to really get a pulse on consumers and sentiment. I have opted out of a face mask because I think it is incredibly unhealthy to recirculate air that you have already breathed out – getting a continuous dose of humidity, bacteria, and CO2. If people are afraid of me – I think their masks are supposed to protect them… right? Isn’t that why they are wearing a mask? To be protected from the virus? If they are protected with their mask… then why do I need to wear one?
It’s just like vaccines. What problem do you have with me NOT getting a vaccine if you have one that is supposed to protect you from whatever I may have that you are vaccinated for? If you are protected, what does it matter what I do?
Or does it go much deeper than that. Like people getting their jollies in telling others, mandating what others, violently enforcing what others do. Liberalism used to stand for the individual. Progressives are supposed to stand against large corporate rulers (like pharmaceutical companies) and political corruption (like how the FDA and most government agencies are bought and paid for).
In the Roaring Fork Valley, we are known for our progressive and liberal politics… can we stand to have political discourse? Can we stand for individuals’ constitutional rights? Can we stand for CHOICE? Why can I choose to have an abortion but not choose to wear a mask or not? Doesn’t that seem hypocritical?
You can see the dissent and the tension… and I can feel the choices we have to make if we want to preserve any type of liberty and freedom in our movement and actions. With the impossibility of reaching “the masses” through social media streams that are SHUTTING UP people who are dissenting from the status quo, the only hope for us? Divine intervention is what I am thinking at this point.
Day 58 Coronavirus Contemplations May 10th, 2020Tisha T. Casida
A man came into the store (before I had officially opened) – obviously fearful of me because he had a mask on and I did not.
He violently put an empty jar of product on the counter – ran back to the door and shouted “I need another one of THOSE” – pointing to the jar he had slammed on the counter.
I knew this was going to be unpleasant.
He asked if I did not believe in masks (I had not even had the chance to turn everything on at the store yet and was a little caught off guard) – and I said that they made me feel sick. Which they do. Because you are recycling dirty air and carbon dioxide which is incredibly unhealthy. He was visibly pissed from the peering eyes coming out over that mask that was so effectively working to muzzle his spewing.
I offered to go get a mask to make him feel more comfortable. He declined.
So, later that night, this is the lovely feedback I received:
Square ReceiptHello, As I voiced my serious concern to you personally at check out to the fact that you being the owner of the store did not bother to wear a face mask, itonly occurred to me as I was already on my way that should have returned the item…..but I have definitely decided to get my product in the future elsewhere. I believe you that mask may produce some discomfort or a headache as you mentioned but your store does not have the kind of frequency where you have to wear it continually simply have it at hand and wear it as a customer enters the door. I considered your comment a foul excuse and disrespect to your customer and fellow human being. Considering the seriousness of covid19 we all have an obligation to do our part – no question.
I had 2 beers in me when I got this and restrained from replying that night. The next day I refunded him, and replied:
“Dear Sir, So sorry for how upset you are. We have refunded you and think you will definitely find a better fit for your shopping experience other than our store. Best, The That’s Natural Team”
This was the first time in 3 years I have ever been treated like this in my space. So miserable. So unbelievably sad. I absolutely love and care about people and my customers. To have people make you feel this way is the worst. How much longer will this go on?
Sadly, I think for a long, long time.
Day 54 of Coronavirus Hatred June 12th, 2020Tisha T. Casida
